In response to poor video collaboration experiences during the Covid-19 pandemic, the University identified issues with acoustics in video-enabled spaces. TK-Team identified that the main problem was excessive reverberation time (RT).

We proposed a solution involving the installation of customized acoustic panels matching the University’s crest colors. The installation significantly improved the acoustics, resulting in better communication and reduced stress for both on-site and remote participants. After implementation, the University reported increased usage of the facilities and enhanced user experience across all spaces.
