UNIVERSITY OF LONDON

The University of London, refurbished teaching spaces providing room users with large format displays and integrated video conferencing using Sennheiser Team Connect microphones. Despite the improved performance the Sennheiser mic gave the room and system configuration suffered from high reverb issues.  Using the room for any form of remote comms was difficult if not impossible. 

The problem was solved by installing TK-Team`s Hush acoustic panels on the walls and suspended from the ceiling TK-Teams new Hybrid Hush Light acoustic panel incorporating a Sennheiser `Team Connect` microphone. 

The University of London's AV/IT team conducted trials and all parties, local and remote, confirmed that the reverb was now at an acceptable level and the overall acoustics of the room and performance of the system had been improved to an excellent level.
